"The Governor may also grant or may authorise

the granting of licences or permits over Crown Land, and may fix or authorise the fixing of fees to be charged under such licences or permits".

(ii) By the addition after the word "dispositions" in the

proviso.of the words "licences or permits".

If the above course is approved it is thought desirable to provide by ordinance for delegation of my authority to grant licences and fix fees so that the public may know which public officers and bodies are authorised, and for the summary ejectment of trepassers from Crown Land. The term "trespassers" would include licensees and permittees who do not observe the conditions of the licence or permit.
